Isolated Soya Protein
‘PROWISE’ Isolated Soya Protein is a highly refined or purified form of soya protein with a minimum protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis. ‘PROWISE’ Isolated Soya Protein is made from defatted soya flakes which has had most of the non-protein components, fats and carbohydrates removed. Because of this, it has a neutral flavour and will cause less flatulence than soya flour. ‘PROWISE’ Isolated Soya Proteins are mainly used to improve the texture of meat products, but are also used to increase protein content, to enhance moisture retention, and as an emulsifier.
Soya Dietary Fiber
‘PROWISE’ Soya Dietary Fiber is obtained from de-hulled Soya bean splits after the fat, protein and soluble sugars are removed by suitable processing methods. ‘PROWISE’ Soya Dietary Fiber is different from normal Soya fiber made from Soya hulls in terms of functionality and health benefits. Isolation of protein and separation of fiber concurrently occur during the protein separation and isolation process. ‘PROWISE’ Soya Dietary Fiber is endowed with excellent functionality and health benefits and is ideal for use in reduced calorie products, weight loss products and for functional and nutritional benefits in bakery and other food products etc.
